Women in cinema: Red Sea Festival opens in Jeddah

As part of the Red Sea Film Festival, taking place in Saudi Arabia, a gala evening “Women in Cinema” took place. It honored women who actively work on film sets and in editing rooms. Among them were Diane Kruger, Michelle Rodriguez, Mavenn, Michelle Williams, Catherine Martin, Sharon Stone, Baz Luhrmann, Garrett Hedlund and others.

The international film festival opened in Jeddah, the second largest city in Saudi Arabia, on November 30th.
