The trailer for the second part of the sixth and final season of the popular Netflix series “The Crown” is here. The episodes will premiere on December 14th on the streaming service. The video discusses the future of the monarchy as Elizabeth II receives reports that her subjects consider the monarchy to be a relic of the past and a waste of money. The trailer also highlights Prince William's struggles to adapt to the challenges of his family's status.

“After the death of his mother, Prince William is trying to get back into Eton (college) life. At this time, the monarchy faces public debate about its role, says the official synopsis of the project. “As she approaches her golden jubilee, the Queen is thinking about the future of the monarchy, linking it to the marriage of Charles and Camilla and the beginning of a new royal fairy tale for William and Kate.”

In the sixth season, Imelda Staunton played Elizabeth II, Lesley Manville Princess Margaret, Jonathan Pryce Prince Philip, Elizabeth Debicki Princess Diana, Dominic West Prince Charles, Olivia Williams Camilla Parker Bowles, Khalid Abdullah Dodi Al-Fayed, Bertie Carvel Tony Blair, Luther Ford Prince Harry and others. The sixth series was shot from a script by Peter Morgan, directed by Stephen Daldry, Andy Harris acted as producer.
