Zoe Kravitz will shoot her first movie "Pussy Island"
One of the main roles will be played by Channing Tatum.
Zoe Kravitz decided to try her hand at directing and made a thriller film, "Pussy Island" from a script she co-wrote with E.T. Feigenbaum. The cast includes Channing Tatum, Naomi Aki, Simon Rex and others. Speaking to WSJ Magazine, Zoe talked about her decision to invite her current boyfriend Tatum to the shoot because she believed that "he's not afraid to explore the darker sides of existence" and is, in her opinion, "a feminist."
The plot of "Pussy Island" will follow Frida (Aki), a young waitress who has her eye on philanthropist and tech magnate Slater King (Tatum). The heroine thinks she has succeeded when the man reciprocates her hints and invites her to visit his private island. Once in the world of the rich and famous, she begins to realize that despite the glitzy surroundings, cheerful inhabitants and endless nightly parties, the island harbors a terrifying secret.
For Channing Tatum, this will be his first negative role, and Kravitz thinks he'll do a great job.
