The series "Hijack" with Idris Elba has been renewed for a second season

Good news for fans of British actor Idris Elba. Apple TV+ has confirmed that the actor will return to his role as negotiator Sam Nelson in the second season of the high-octane drama series "Hijacked" The first season was released in 2023 and quickly became a hit on the streaming service.

The plot follows Nelson during his seven-hour flight from Dubai to London. The plane is hijacked by terrorists, and a skilled professional offers his help to resolve the complex situation before any of the passengers and crew can be harmed. However, soon the hero begins to realize that behind the hijacking of the aircraft is something more than it might seem at first glance.
