Disney to unfreeze "Beauty and the Beast" prequel with Rita Ora

The Beauty and the Beast movie, released in 2017, was long overdue for a sequel.

But in January of this year, when there was the first talk of creating a prequel and singer Rita Ora joining the project, Disney suddenly announced that it was frozen until "better times".

Gradually, all rumors about the new movie died down, and cinephiles had decided that they would not see the sequel.

But just the other day the performer starring Luke Evans announced that the picture will soon start shooting. And the delay was because the creators could not get the script and music to suit them.

So, the story of Gaston and LeFou, apparently, will see the light. However, it's still not clear in what timeframe.
