"Red Square" completed shooting a movie about Evgenia Medvedeva

The Russian creative technology company, one of the leaders in the production of multimedia content "Red Square" announced the completion of filming a documentary about two-time world figure skating champion Evgenia Medvedeva on the eve of her birthday.

As the press service of the project told the TASS agency, the film "Medvedev vs. Medvedeva" is a frank, honest story about the life of the Russian champion.

Since May 2019, the film crew has spent hundreds of hours with the athlete. Spectators will have the opportunity to see her in training, as well as look at Evgenia Medvedeva's home.

“I got tired when they once said around:“ Medvedev against Zagitova ”,“ Medvedev against Trusova ”. I was not against someone, but against myself. I changed my body, overcame fears. I was always Medvedeva against Medvedeva. I look in the mirror and work against this person," the skater said.

The film highlights the first steps of Evgenia Medvedeva on ice, her work with coach Eteri Tutberidze, as well as her prospects after big sport.
