Naomi Campbell received an honorary PhD for her contribution to the fashion

Naomi Campbell can now be addressed as "doctor". The 52-year-old fashion model received a degree in philosophy from Britain's University of Creative Arts for her contribution to the fashion industry. The ceremony took place in London, for which the model wore a beige jumpsuit with a traditional cape and a square academic cap.

At one point, Naomi could not hold back tears from the feelings that overwhelmed her. Later in social networks she shared a video from the event, where users could appreciate her unusual appearance. Famous rapper Sean "P. Diddy" Combs commented on the post as follows: "Congratulations, sister!!!"

Campbell has been working in fashion since she was a teenager, when the spectacular girl was spotted by a model search agent. At first, her mother forbade her to leave school and try her hand at the catwalk. But a little later Naomi took her fate into her own hands and joined a modeling agency. Over the years of her career, the "black panther" participated in many shows of famous luxury brands. The last of them was the Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week, where the model presented a spectacular black ball gown with an unusual collar-cup.
