Gwyneth Paltrow sued for collision at ski resort
The incident took place in Utah back in 2016, and only now has it come to public scrutiny.
At the trial of the incident, which occurred 6 years ago at the ski resort Deer Valley Resort (Utah), the first witness spoke. The case was initiated on two lawsuits at once - the actress, the owner of the Goop company Gwyneth Paltrow and the retired, former eye doctor Terry Sanderson. They filed complaints against each other, and now the court must find out whose fault their collision occurred while skiing.
Sanderson claims he was hit by the Shakespeare in Love star, which resulted in three broken ribs and a concussion. The former doctor is demanding $3 million in damages from the actress. For her part, Paltrow claims that Sanderson ran over her and asks to pay her $ 1 million.

An eyewitness to the incident, Sanderson's acquaintance Greg James Ramon, told the court that the actress was definitely to blame. “I heard this scream, I looked, and then I saw a skier crash into Terry's back,” said a witness. Moreover, according to him, Paltrow got up, brushed herself off and immediately left the scene. “You never leave the scene of an accident without making sure that everything is in order, you leave contact information for each other,” Ramon recalled.
