What do kings eat: Prince William reveals his daily diet

During a trip to Cornwall, the eldest son of Charles III had to fill out a food sheet with personal information.

Prince William revealed his nutrition system during an official visit to the region located in the southwest of the UK. After the death of Queen Elizabeth II and the assumption of her duties by Charles III, his "home" county of Cornwall, which he held in the status of a duke, passed along with the title by inheritance under the wing of his eldest son William.

During his first trip in his new capacity, the prince visited the Newquau Orchard green area and a café, where he was asked to fill out a food sheet. In it, the royal offspring indicated that he was eating two eggs for breakfast along with whole-wheat toast spread with butter. In a conversation with nutritionist Monique Hyland, the prince also admitted that for lunch he prefers a sandwich with a filling from what is in the kitchen and in the refrigerator. That is, each time it is something new. A typical dinner dish for him is fish and mushrooms.

The eldest son of the British king also said that he does not drink coffee at all, but drinks three cups of tea a day. Children - George, Charlotte and Louis - often require the attention of their father, and this drink allows him to keep himself in good shape. But sometimes “I need more cups of tea to keep fit,” Prince William added with a smile.
