Argentina striker Lionel Messi regrets that the legendary striker Diego Maradona will not support the team at the World Cup in Qatar.
Maradona died on November 25, 2020 at the age of 61.
“It will be strange not to see Maradona on the podium. Not to see how people go crazy with the fact that he is around. He loved our team and was always around,” Messi was quoted by the FIFA press service.
