Alexander Ovechkin: Howe and Gretzky are the best company to be in

The Russian is the third in NHL history to score eight hundred goals.

Russian forward "Washington Capitals" Alexander Ovechkin is pleased to become the third hockey player in history to score 800 goals in the NHL.

Previously, Canadians Gordie Howe (801) and Wayne Gretzky (894) conquered this milestone.

"This is the best company you can imagine after you started playing hockey. Eight hundred goals, and I'm the third person who has ever scored that many," journalist Tom Gulitti quotes the forward in his microblog.
