Francis Ngannou may continue his career in the Russian league

Ex-heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, who recently said goodbye to the UFC, became a free agent, and is now free to accept or not accept offers from promotions.

Some leagues have already expressed their interest in working with the Cameroonian. Representatives of Russia did not stand aside either.

As vice-president Aslanbek Badaev explained, Francis Ngannou may well continue his career in the Russian league.

“We have already made him a trial offer to get in touch and discuss prospects. We made it clear that we were interested in him. After all, he left the champion. Ngannou did not lose the belt. It was taken away from him,” the functionary said.

According to the specialist, if the athlete shows interest in the Russian promotion, the organization will be ready to discuss the fees that interest the fighter.
