UFC approved the date of the fight between Petr Yan and Dvalishvili
The rivals will meet in March.
The strongest league in the world has officially put a bantamweight bout between Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili on the card of the UFC Fight Night 221 tournament on March 2023.
Opponents occupy the third and second positions in their division, respectively. Therefore, experts do not exclude that this fight may turn out to be a challenger.
Russian Peter lost his last three fights in the promotion - twice to Aljamain Sterling and in the last fight to Sean O'Malley.
Georgian fighter Merab Dvalishvili, on the other hand, is on a streak of eight victories, the last of which came in August last year in a fight with Jose Aldo.
