The figure skater received 185.47 points for the free program at the Channel One Cup.
Dmitry Aliev, playing in the team "They won't catch up with us" at the First Channel Cup, commented on the results of his free program.
"I sank to the bottom yesterday. Different emotions. Today I left the arena positively. At the moment I regenerated the team in the fight, plus I rehabilitated by personal results. I'm glad that I was able to turn on the character and overcome yesterday's failure," he said.
He also supported Anastasia Zinina, who was injured during the short program.
