In the main event, undefeated Jarrell Miller will take on Australian Lucas Brown.
Former featherweight title contenders Jono Carroll and Miguel Marriaga will face each other in the co-main event.
According to Sulyanov, the tournament will be of considerable interest to the local public, as "fans are bored with watching classic Olympic sports."
