Russian figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva said that despite the high interest in football in the country, it is not highly developed enough.
“If we evaluate at the world level, we, unfortunately, do not have a Russian Messi or Ronaldo,” Sport-Express quotes her.
At the same time, according to Medvedeva, she highly appreciates the dedication of Russian players. In particular, she is impressed by the stamina of Dynamo Moscow players: the 2-time world champion is a fan of blue and white and visited their training camp in Abu Dhabi.
"I'm sure: if you continue to work, everything will be fine. Let's wait and continue to cheer for our guys," the figure skater concluded.
