15-year-old Russian Alina Korneeva won the junior Australian Open

In the Russian women's final of the Australian Open among juniors, Alina Korneeva defeated compatriot Mirra Andreeva.
The score of the three-set match, which lasted more than three hours, was 6:7 (2:7), 6:4, 7:5 in favor of Korneeva.
At the moment, the winner takes five hundred and fifty-third place in the overall WTA rankings.
At the junior level, 15-year-old Korneeva has eight victorious meetings and one won ITF tournament.
