Ten Russian tennis players entered the top 100 of the updated WTA ranking

Not all Russians have retained their previous positions.

Following the results of the Australian Open, the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has updated its rating.

Pole Iga Shventek remained the leader, and the winner of the tournament, Belarusian Arina Sabolenko, moved up to second place. Closes the top 3 Ons Zhaber from Tunisia.

Australian Open finalist Elena Rybakina from Kazakhstan moved up fifteen positions at once and entered the top ten.

But the Russian Veronika Kudermetova lost two positions and ended up in eleventh place. Another representative of our country Daria Kasatkina kept the eighth line.

In the top twenty are also Ekaterina Alexandrova and Lyudmila Samsonova. Five more Russians entered the new top 100 - Anastasia Potapova, Anna Kalinskaya, Anna Blinkova, Varvara Gracheva and Diana Schneider. All of them have risen in the ranking by several positions.
