NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman expressed his disagreement with the criticism of Russian hockey players by the Czech goalkeeper Dominik Hasek.
In particular, he called the participation of Russians in the NHL All-Star Game against the backdrop of the international situation unacceptable.
“He has the right to his opinion, but I don’t think it reflects the position of the Czech people or the country’s leadership. By the way, I don’t agree with him,” Bettman is quoted by the Finnish edition of Ilta-Sanomat.
