The club found it impossible to continue playing under the current conditions after the devastating earthquake.
Earlier, the draw of the Turkish Super League left Hatayspor. There are now 17 teams left in the tournament.
The leadership of the Turkish Football Federation intends to keep both retired teams in the Super League for the next season.
