Monaco beat Bayer with Golovin's help
The Monegasque side have both taken the lead and been trailing.
"Monaco beat Germany's Bayer 3-2 in their first match of the Europa League 1/16 finals on the road.
The Monegasque goal was scored by Bayer goalkeeper Lukas Hradecki (9 own goals), Krepin Diatt (74) and Axel Disasi (90+3), while the Germans were given goals by Moussa Diaby (48) and Florian Wirz (59).
Monaco's Russian midfielder Aleksandr Golovin was named in the starting line-up and was replaced in the 71st minute.
The return match will take place in Monaco on 23 February.
