2022 was not the best year for the Portuguese striker.
For the first time since 2007, Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo has been excluded from the FIFA Team of the Year.
Last season, the Portuguese began in the English “Manchester United”, but after a conflict with head coach Eric ten Hag left the team, and at the end of December moved to the Saudi “Al-Nasr”.
At the World Cup, the Portugal national team, for which Ronaldo played, was eliminated in the quarterfinals.
