Conor McGregor dropped out of the top 10 of the UFC lightweight rankings

The promotion has updated the rankings for the various divisions.

In the updated UFC lightweight rankings Irish fighter Conor McGregor, who was previously ranked number eight, dropped four positions at once and moved to the twelfth place. So, the Irishman, who hasn't fought for a year, de-jure ceased to be a top fighter.

Shavkat Rakhmonov of Kazakhstan who after beating American Neil Magny in one move overcame five steps at once and get from the fifteenth place to the tenth.

The Polish fighter Mateusz Gamroth also moved up four positions after his controversial win over the Russian fighter Arman Tsarukyan.
