Alex Pereira was named the most overrated fighter in the UFC

The promotion's middleweight champion, New Zealander Israel Adesanya, named a fighter whose capabilities and talents he believes are overrated in the UFC.

The most overrated fighter in the organization is Alex Pereira, who acts too frivolous, enjoying passing fights and passing victories that aren't really worth anything," the New Zealander said.

It's worth remembering here, though, that out of his five mixed martial arts victories, Pereira, a representative of kickboxing, scored one just over Adesanya, knocking him out in 2017 at the Glory of Heroes 7 tournament.
