Conor McGregor entered the top 50 highest-paid athletes in history

Conor McGregor joined the UFC in April 2013. Ten years later, he has become the greatest MMA star of all time, as well as the richest man in the sport.
According to a report by Sportico, McGregor ranks 33rd among the 50 highest-paid athletes of all time, earning a total of $615 million during his career. The 34-year-old Irishman is tied with basketball player Magic Johnson ($615 million) and one position behind NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. ($620 million).
McGregor is the only MMA fighter in the top 50 highest-paid athletes in history, with seven boxers on the list, one of whom, Floyd Maverick, ranked eighth ($1,410 million).
