Former UFC champion provokes Jon Jones to fight
Away from the UFC since last season, Brazilian and former UFC champion Fabricio Werdum sent a message to Jon Jones.
Fabricio Werdum, former UFC champion, sent a message about a fight with Jon Jones, the current undisputed heavyweight champion. The fighter, who hasn't played since 2022, made it clear he could win the fight if challenged. In a comment on social media, the Brazilian made no secret of the fact that he would face the reigning heavyweight champion and take the belt home.
The Brazilian jokingly wrote that in a short period of time he would prepare for the fight against Jon Jones. According to the former Ultimate Fighting champion, a fight against an MMA legend would be a test with a sure result: his victory.
Jon Jones is the new UFC heavyweight champion. It took the former light heavyweight champion halfway through the first round to take down Cyril Gein and guillotine the main event of UFC 285 in Las Vegas. The athlete has not performed in the octagon for the past few years, but he returned triumphantly and got the right to win an important title in his career.
