Alexander Samarin told how he had to replace the sick Evgeny Plushenko in the show "Snegurochka" at the end of December.
“This added responsibility, because this is his show, his number, which you temporarily skate instead of him. And I want to not lose face and show that you are also pretty good. By the way, I skated for Plushenko and got sick. So We have changed," he said.
The skater also noted that it was Plushenko who decided that Samarin would replace him.
