Enbert on the admission of Russian athletes to international competitions

The IOC may allow Russian athletes, but with a number of restrictions.

Alexander Enbert commented on the decision of the IOC on the possible admission of Russians to international competitions.

“Of course, participation in the World, European and Olympic Games remains a priority for most athletes. Athletes have been training for years, plow for a chance to get to the Olympics, for example. It's already good that they are trying to return us, even with such severe restrictions," he said.

The skater stressed that he hopes that all restrictions will be lifted in the future.

Earlier, the IOC announced that it could allow individual athletes in the neutral ranking to participate in international competitions.
