Three Russian hockey players entered the top ten of the final European ranking of the NHL draft in 2023 according to the central scouting bureau of the league.
2nd place was taken by Sochi and St. Petersburg SKA striker Matvey Michkov, who lost only to Swede Leo Karlsson from Örebro.
9th and 10th places were taken by Daniil But from Lokomotiv Yaroslavl and Mikhail Gulyaev from Avangard Omsk.
