Khamzat Chimaev vowed to stripe Usman Kamara of the title
The Swede regrets that his potential opponent enters the octagon too rarely.
On September 11 at the UFC tournament in Las Vegas, Sweden's Hamzat Chimayev will fight American Nate Diaz.
The Swede is not optimistic about the encounter, assuring that he is not interested in the fight.
According to Chimaev, he's trying to get closer to title fights and future championships. And a fight with an American veteran isn't really something he's interested in.
"I have to wait for the winner of the fight between Usman and Leon, I'll fight him. I don't need a fight with Nate Diaz. I fight him for fun. It's a shame that Usman fights so infrequently and always procrastinates getting into the octagon. But that's understandable. He's the best in the world and he doesn't want to lose his belt. But let everyone know that I'm still coming for him and I'll take everything he's got," Hamzat promised.
Although recently the Swedish fighter claimed he was ready to change division if his prospects to fight Usman were too vague.
